The Queer Garden Network invites you to an evening of garden planning, community building, and cozy queer garden vibes at the MISC•aLAIR•é•Omm….
Part 1:
The first part of the evening will focus on garden design and planning, including an overview of the Square Foot Gardening method and time to collaborate with other participants on designing your own garden layout.
You’re welcome whether you are a seasoned gardener or struggling to keep that grocery store basil plant alive.
We hope to be joined by a permaculture expert in residence who can help participants refine their garden designs and share insights about sustainable gardening practices in Michigan. Expert guests are still being confirmed.
Part 2:
The second half of the evening transitions into a low-pressure social hangout. No need to be a gardener to join this part of the evening.
